With the new ScopeAssist, our goal was to make subtle improvements to the user experience and interface that would increase the ease of use and efficiency without introducing a steep learning curve for current users. We believe that we have accomplished this goal. Here are the new features and changes in the app:

expanding form sections
Modal menus keep information where it is needed, helping adjusters navigate the app more freely.
Certain form fields have been replaced with expanding modular sections in order to declutter the inspection pages.
Scroll menus have been replaced with popup multiple-choice menus that increase user speed and accuracy.
Improved photo
functionality
SettleAssist makes it easy to take photos and auto-caption them based on the location of the damage. The new photos page helps users more easily inventory and edit photos they've taken.

Photo and glossary hidden functionality has been replaced with dedicated buttons, helping new users learn the app faster.
